Theater & Acting Class

Fore Children (Ages 11–15)

SC Music Place is excited to launch a brand-new Acting Class for students ages 11–15, beginning in Fall 2025! This fun and engaging program invites students to explore the dynamic world of theater through interactive learning and hands-on experience.

About the Program

Designed as a creative workshop, this class introduces students to the fundamentals of acting, including:

Character development
Voice and movement techniques
Improvisation skills
Scene study from age-appropriate plays

Whether your child is a natural performer or just curious about theater, this class encourages confidence, collaboration, and creativity—no previous experience required!

Schedule & Format

When: Saturday mornings, 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Duration: Weekly classes from September to November (3 months)
Location: SC Music Place Studio

Students will work together throughout the session in a workshop-style format, ultimately preparing for a final presentation to showcase what they've learned.
